Abstract: HSTYLE Group has been a myth of electrical business since founded in 2008. Its sales grew from 3 million yuan in 2008 to about 2.5 billion yuan in 2015, which makes it the NO.1 brand of fast fashion in Chinese clothing e-commerce. And its unique IOSSP(Integrated Operating System for Single Product)is the core system that makes it possible for HSTYLE Group to emerging. This case both describes the way in which group management works and discusses the potential risks associated with it. HSTYLE Group’s organizational innovation not only lays the foundation of its rapid development but also brings some new thinking about the organizational innovation in other internet enterprises in the Change Era.
