Abstract: The training and development of human resource is very effective to maintain and improve the competitiveness of company. This case describes the elite training program of Y Company. It describes problems the human resources department encountered in the training, difficulties trained staff faced, the thorny issue department managers met, rumors within the company, as well as doubts arising in this case of the untrained staff, etc. It shows the factors that may affect the training effectiveness, which may inspire the training of human resources management.
