Abstract: In 2011,Xiaomi built up a social media marketing camp of "Forum - Microblogging - Wechat".In which Wechat is a customer service tools,forums and microblogging are marketing tools.in the last two years,Xiaomi has subsided the crisis,launched a youth version phone,heldlocal get-together and popcorn through forums and microblogging, which bring a good reputation and loyal customers.This case describes the construction of social media camp and the marketing process of Xiaomi communities and microblogging in detail.
