Abstract:This case described small and micro credit business of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank, through Zhang’s working experience from a new clerk, to a customer manager, to a sub-branch manager. As a small city commercial bank that specialized service to small and micro enterprises, Tailong Bank took advantage of the relationship of home, people and industry and the enterprises’ three characters and three tables, and used field surveys, side inquire, evaluation of cash flow, moral guarantee and other ways, which thus formed a unique business model. With its unique business model, Tailong Bank achieved the common growth with small and micro enterprise, and became a model of commercial banks in China. In 2007, Tailong Bank began to set up provincial branches. In 2010, it began to establish branches outside the province, and Shanghai branch was founded the first. When facing a higher degree of commercialization of the market, how did Tailong Bank continue to serve the small and micro enterprises? It raised a new topic with Tailong’s cross-regional development.
