Abstract: LanXiang Power Equipment Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, in the face of changing external environment, closely around the development demand of the target customers -- communication operators, started business from a single power supply, to successfully develop the base station power generation service, and started to walk from the main products of the brand construction of the road, strategic business transformation process of development in the last two decades rather special with highlights. The case reviews the development process of LanXiang, describes the process and mode of corporate strategic business transformation, discusses its strategic business transformation ideas and results, analyzed the independent innovation, constantly seeking the business development strategy layout problem self breakthrough.
