Abstract: There are turnover of a large number of the offshore platform staffs during the rapid development of the South Sea Co. Therefore, the human resources department interview survey offshore platform staff work psychological status, to understand the various factors affecting the company employee turnover intention at sea, summarizes some typical turnover case, discusses some problems to be improved in the aspects of human resources management. The offshore platform staff is a special work group in the South Sea Co. Through the analysis f their work psychology and behavior, can promote the company to do a better about the management work of the offshore platform staff, promote their work motivation; human resource department can do better about turnover problems from different angles to grasp in the organization.
